Zechariah 14: 1 - 9 Look, a day is coming for Adonai when your plunder will be divided right there within you. For I will gather all the nations against Jerusalem for war. The city will be taken, the houses will be rifled, the women will be raped, and half the city will go into exile; but the rest of the people will not be cut off from the city. Then Adonai will go out and fight against those nations, fighting as on a day of battle. On that day his feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, which lies to the east of Jerusalem; and the Mount of Olives will be split in half from east to west, to make a huge valley. Half of the mountain will move toward the north, and half of it toward the south. You will flee, just as you fled before the earthquake in the days of Uziyah king of Y'hudah. Then Adonai my God will come to you with all the holy ones. On that day, there will be neither bright light nor thick darkness, and one day known to Adonai, will be neither day nor night, although by evening there will be light. On that day, fresh water will flow out from Jerusalem, half toward the eastern sea and half toward the western sea, both summer and winter. Then Adonai will be king over the whole world. On that day Adonai will be the only one, and his name will be the only name.

Amazing Love
God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son. Oh HOLY FATHER, blessed be Your Name.
The summation of the law; Love GOD and love your neighbor as yourself. This is beautiful as GOD is Love. If we love Yeshua [Jesus] then we can show the world by obeying what He says in His word. His commandments are not burdensome for us as we walk in the power of the HOLY SPIRIT. We shall delight in doing His will.
Overflowing love is the natural response to forgiveness and the appropriate consequence of faith. Yeshua said that our love will show that we are His disciples. May we walk boldly in love as we can never finish paying the debt of LOVE!
Love never fails! Faith, Hope and Love; and the greatest of these is LOVE. |

Prepare the way of the LORD
It is not that we were saved only to enter some day into heaven. We have been redeemed at a great price so we should now enter in our daily life the position of sonship; the responsiblities and the privileges of the identification of our new inner man with the Spirit of Yeshua [Jesus].
Our future is shaped by today's decisions, therefore the future should be considered because it is relevant to today. Yeshua did not teach us to ignore the future, but to prepare for it. His warning in the scriptures is against anxiety concerning tomorrow, not against preparation!
Prepare ye the way of the LORD [Isaiah 40:3]
I have taught you to be prepared for the second coming [Matthew 24:44]
What are each of us doing for the Kingdom of GOD? We must ask ourselves this question daily. May we check our showbread and the oil in our lampstand as our bodies are now the temple - the temple of the HOLY SPIRIT. Move forward in 2010 boldly as a child of the KING!

Salvation is of the Jews [John 4:22]. Revelation 5:5, Yeshua is called “the Lion of the tribe of Judah”. Yeshua said to the Samaritan woman: Salvation is of the Jews. This is an indisputable, historical fact. Without the the Jews we would have no patriarchs, no prophets, no apostles, no Bible – and no Savior! We all owe a spiritual debt to the Jews that cannot be calculated. In Romans chapter 11 Paul is writing primarily to Christians of Gentile origin. In verse 13 he says, I speak to you Gentiles. He reminds the Gentiles of the debt to the Jews and warns them against adopting an arrogant or unthankful attitude toward Israel. Because of the mercy of God that has come to us as Gentile Christians through Israel, God requires us in our turn to show mercy to Israel. We can cultivate and express an attitude of sincere love for Jewish people. Secondly, in Romans 11:11, Paul says that salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy. Thirdly, the Bible exhorts us to seek the good of Israel by our prayers: Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee {Psalm 122:6} Righteousness and peace are ordained to flow forth from Jerusalem to all the nations of the earth and so the well being of all nations is included in this prayer for Jerusalem and is dependent upon it fulfillment. Daniel’s faith and courage overcame the satanic opposition and he emerged triumphant from the lions den – to go on praying for Jerusalem [Daniel 6]. Fourthly, we can seek to repay our debt to Israel by practical acts of kindness and mercy. Finally, we need to bear in mind that one major fact in God’s judgment of all other nations will be their treatment of the Jews. The nations who show mercy to the Jews will receive mercy from God; the nations who deny mercy to the Jews will be denied mercy from God. Isaiah 60:12 For the nation and kingdom that will not serve thee shall perish; yea, those nations shall be utterly wasted. God here promises Israel, and also warns all the Gentiles, that He will bring judgment on any nation that opposes His purposes of redemption and restoration for Israel. |

Zionism – the movement that heralds the right of the Jewish people to the Land. The evil one has lurked in every dark corner of history to stalk God’s chosen people. He tried to seduce Israel through idolatry so that Israel would no longer serve the purposes of God. He has tried to assimilate Israel into the nations so that she would eventually accept the customs of the world so the witness of Israel would be nullified. The barrenness of Abraham’s wife, Sarah, was one of Satan’s first attempts to abort the promise. Not believing that God could open Sarah’s 90 year old womb, Abraham and Sarah interfered with His plan by substituting her servant, Hagar, to guarantee the promised heir. The results of this interference are seen in the ongoing hostility between the sons of Ishmael and the sons of Israel [between Muslims and Jews]. Satan tried to assassinate the King of kings – in the slaughter of the firstborn sons of Bethlehem, at the time of the Temptation, and eventually on the Cross. Pilate issued empty threats. “Don’t you realize I have power either to free you or to crucify you?” To which Jesus replied “You would have no power over me if it were not given to you from above” {John 19:10,11] Days earlier, Jesus had assured His disciples: “I lay down my life for the sheep. No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord” [John 10: 15, 18] The devil had used every weapon in his arsenal to prevent Jesus birth. Why have the Jews been a target for persecution throughout the world in every century? Because our invisible but powerful opponent knows something that many Christians have not discovered – that the promised of God will not be realized if Satan is successful in destroying Israel. It is essential to the plans of God that this people and their national identity be protected. As the time for fulfillment approaches, Satan’s fury will intensify [Rev. 12:12] What was promised through the prophets? That Israel would be regathered from all the nations, that her eyes would be opened, that she would come to know the Lord, that she would still be light to the nations, that the wealth of the nations would be brought to her, that Jew and Gentile would dwell together in peace in the Messiah. The goal of the Torah aims is the Messiah. Jesus had made it clear that He did not come to abolish the Law and the Prophets but to fulfill them [Matt. 5:17]. But the law has never been able to make one[righteous. It is only through the Holy Spirit that the righteous requirements of the law can be fulfilled [Romans 8:4]. We should be observers of the law and obey the law, but it is not our source of righteousness. As for who killed the Messiah? The sins of Adam’s entire family were on Messiah’s shoulders that day on the cross. Our sins nailed Him there. He came to redeem both Jew and Gentile, and it was both Jew and Gentile who condemned Him to death. The promises made to Israel are indeed available to the Gentiles, but only as they come into covenant with and partner with redeemed Israel. Ephesians 2:12 & 19 says – Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and aliens, but fellow citizens with God’s people and members of God’s household. We Gentiles have become citizens of Israel. Israel’s Messiah is now our Messiah. |
